Kathleen A. Rohrbaugh
Kathleen A. Rohrbaugh is a marketing and communications professional with over 25 years of experience managing communications within complex organizations. She has natural leadership presence and the ability to guide an organization in crafting its internal and external messages in order to project the desired image and achieve positive results. She is an organizational thinker who views all aspect of communications in their entirety and understands how they relate to diverse constituencies.
She developed the strategic and tactical initiatives for the successful rebranding and repositioning of the Commission on Graduates of Foreign Nursing Schools following its name change to CGFNS International. She developed a corporate advertising campaign for Septodont which expanded market share. She enhanced investor relations for American Water Works Company, gaining visibility and improving credibility with Tier One media and industry analysts. She spent 10 years with FMC Corporation, overseeing employee communications and public affairs. In addition, she originated proposal writing and graphics training for 125 engineers.
She has a Master of Business Communication Certificate from the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Speech Communications from Iowa State University. She is also a 2003 graduate of the Leadership Delaware County Program.
She has been credited with being able to assimilate into an organization’s culture at lightning speed, gaining the respect of organization leaders and developing rapport with all levels of an organization’s staff.
