PINAR TAMER
Pinar Tamer is a native of Ankara, Turkey, has been living in United States for seven years. Her extensive cultural experiences and advanced academic training has provided her with excellent presentation and negotiation skills. She possesses a broad understanding of varied cultural norms and business practices in other countries.
Educated at Eastern Mediterranean University, North Cyprus in the field of political science, later she attended La Salle University for her Master’s Degree with a concentration in Central and Eastern European studies. Early in her career she worked as a financial consultant for Commercial Life Insurance Company. In the following years Ms. Pinar attended seminars, conferences, trade fairs, exhibitions and other events for the international business community at World Trade Center in Ankara.
She is well known as a successful self motivated professional with broad understanding of the issues, standards, legalities, and trends related to international trade, commerce, and geo-politics. Her language skills include full fluency in written and spoken English and Turkish. Recipient of Editors Choice Award, Pinar demonstrated exceptional writing and creative talents as a semi-finalist in poetry writing in 2004 and 2006.
In 2005, after completion of her education at La Salle University, she found herself practicing yoga and meditation in which she wanted to be involved more professionally. She successfully completed an advanced training program in Philadelphia to teach and explore a new way of living. She has been teaching both adults and children in the US and in Turkey.
