Robert Hackman

 

Robert Hackman is a management professional with more than 20 years of leadership experience in relationship driven companies.  He has specific expertise in operations, human resources and client services in both mature and high growth companies. 

 

Throughout his career he has been credited with identifying critical drivers within business processes that increase customer satisfaction and improve productivity; communicating the context in which businesses operate; educating and engaging people, focusing on a few vital areas at a time; gaining commitment to standards and systems that meet customer needs, grow revenue and reduce costs.  He leads people and organizations through the stages of change; awareness, acceptance, courage and action.  Robert is passionate about guiding people to acknowledge their passions, work from their strengths and lead with character. 

 

He received a master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania in Organizational Dynamics, he earned a bachelors degree in Marketing from Drexel University, holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification, he is a certified DiSC consultant and trainer, and has completed the core curriculum of the Coaches Training Institute.  He is an active member of the Greater Philadelphia Senior Executives Group, the American Society for Training and Development (Phila.), the Philadelphia Human Resource Planning Society, the Philadelphia Area Coaches Alliance, Greater Valley Forge Society of Human Resources, and the Knowledge Management Group of Philadelphia.

He lives with his wife and three children and enjoys mountain climbing, cycling, skiing, reading and the arts. Robert helped establish a start-up distribution company which grew to $30 million in revenue in 12 years.  He currently consults and coaches business leaders and members of their management teams.
