Leadership is the one element that makes the difference in an organization’s success or failure. Without sound, principled leadership, the organization will be like a large ship without direction. Anyone can steer the ship but it takes a leader to chart the course.
This 28-hour course draws on the leadership principles found in the Bible and from a number of excellent leaders and writers—Stephen R. Covey, Zig Ziglar, Dale Carnegie, John C. Maxwell, Ken Blanchard, Bill Hybels, Phil Hodges, Max Lucado, Billy Graham, General Norman Schwarzkopf, and many others.
