Mariah Cade

Mariah Cade is a change management and organizational development consultant with over 9 years of experience in operations management and process improvement.  Her area of expertise has been as a managing consultant for large, systemic, strategic change plans with several Fortune 100 companies. She has the ability to leverage subject matter experts to analyze operational processes and identify roadblocks. She facilitates senior level management in the identification of key performance indicators and partners to develop change management and strategic communication plans.  She facilitates teambuilding activities, and educates managers on how to drive the performance of their employees. She is an expert at the development of a performance management system for operational business units to enhance their key business metrics including cycle time performance and employee engagement, while catapulting customer satisfaction.

Mariah received her BS in Education from the University of Houston. During her schooling, Mariah worked as an intern for Texaco Corporation in the Organizational Effectiveness Group. Early in Mariah's career, she was a Senior Consultant with AIM Management, and has worked for American Express in conjunction with the implementation of large, systemic reorganizations generated by market turmoil in the improvement of their operational organizational performance. 

Mariah has the unique ability to combine her solid business acumen with her comprehensive experience in a manner that educates you from a place of experience. She understands the challenges with business unit management, fostering engagement, and communicating difficult messages because she has experience doing these things.
