Brian Lane
Brian Lane is an experienced leader having developed leadership, training, and coaching techniques in both the financial services industry and the U.S. Army. His more than 13 years of experience sharpening organizational performance and small group leadership techniques have provided him considerable depth in the art of employee development. Mr. Lane has recruited, trained, and developed employee talent across all levels of an organization and pays particular attention to sustainable, successful, and superior systems.
In a prior role with Jackson, Brian originated the award winning Seminar Systems Unit(SM), a team devoted to coaching financial advisers on the nuances of superior client seminar execution and played key roles in building the Jackson internal wholesaling sales desks.
Mr. Lane holds both a Bachelor of Science and Masters of International Business from Alliant International University (formerly the United States International University). He began his career as a Second Lieutenant in the Chemical Corps stationed in Bamberg, Germany and transitioned to the Finance Corps where he went on to play a key role in the development of the U.S. Treasuryʼs stored-value card in the Balkans. He completed five years of service in support of the 1st and 3rd Infantry Divisions in countries ranging from Bosnia, Hungary, Macedonia, Bosnia, Kosovo, Croatia, and Serbia.
