Mark Hanson-Kahn, Ph.D.
Dr. Hanson-Kahn is a multi-cultural strategist who has delivered training and OD solutions for businesses on three continents. He has created and delivered cost-effective programs, improved organizational performance and maximized resources in multiple industries, including finance, law enforcement, print media, non-profit, and the food industry. Skilled in organizational design and curriculum development, Mark is an experienced and insightful instructor, facilitator, mentor, and coach.
His achievements include co-designing a nation-wide training course for Singapore’s banking sector, to improve productivity and customer service. The course became a National Productivity Board sponsored course for the entire nation, successfully running for several years. He utilized Situational Leadership to leverage management styles in a regional exhibition and display firm. He created a culturally relevant sales training strategy for a sales organization, stimulatiing sales production and increasing closing rates, and he has trained leadership at rank of Lieutenant and above to optimize Law Enforcement resources.
Mark holds a PhD in Educational Studies from Trinity International University (IL), and a BS in Occupational Psychology from University of Wales Institute of Science and Technology (UK). He has also been trained in the Arrow leadership Program by Leighton Ford, and the Purpose Driven Church model by Rick Warren. He is a member of the American Society for Training and Development, and has published articles in both the USA and UK.
