Philip Lower
Philip has a BA in Political Science from the University of Toledo Honors Program, an MA in Organizational Management from Spring Arbor University focusing on Organizational Development and Change and Project Management. He also has certificates from La Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City, Mexico and El Centro de Estudios Internacionales in Toledo, Spain.
Mr. Lower has 17 years experience in sales, frontline and senior management positions, and business ownership. His passion is driving team growth and development to maximize productivity. Serving for a combined 10 years on two nonprofit Boards, he worked to expand their Board education, instruction and organizational systems. His involvement ranged from quality control and service reporting to knowledge retention systems. He also initiated, developed, managed, and closed numerous projects saving hundreds of thousands of dollars in annual costs.
Philip has worked with organizations to develop teams selling a wide range of products and services from diamonds to janitorial equipment, and industrial chemicals to household goods. He is a skilled speaker and loves teaching and inspiring groups to outperform their expectations.
He is or has been a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), Rotary International, The Gideons International, The International Student Association, Sigma Delta Pi, and is CARF trained.
