Onward Education’s systemic coaching process increases quality and helps managers achieve business goals. It teaches managers how to put motivation, accountability and results back into the business performance equation.

 

 

Training Process

 

  • Diagnosis - help managers identify inhibiting factors that prevent employees from making effective results oriented contributions.
  • Development – role playing to strengthen managers innate ability to help employees overcome attitudinal blind spots and improve their quality contributions.
  • Coaching - managers will be trained in how to encourage employees to evaluate their own performance and to choose behaviors which build on trust and achieve positive business results.

 

Pricing


Up to 4 participants $3,900 for a two day workshop.

   

Follow-up Options:

 

             In person  :  Each follow-up session $1000 per day for up to 4 participants
             By phone  :  Each follow-up session with individual participants $50 each per half hour
