Brian Kennedy 

Brian Kennedy, a proven, goal oriented leader is an innovative, strategic, and entrepreneurial executive with diverse management experiences. Enhanced by a variety of industry exposures, Brian’s experience includes distribution, consumer goods, in-store sales support management, consumer services, social expression products, staff selection and development, and peak performance while serving in various VP, CMO, COO and consulting/coaching roles.  Brian was successful in the corporate arena as a VP with American Greetings Corporation. As a peak performance  coach, Brian has partnered with Performisys and as co-founder of Be Invinceable™ Group where he was responsible for marketing and executing peak performance consulting services. Consulting engagements included Trinity Consultants, 1st Odyssey Group, Kos Pharmaceuticals, Boston Scientific, and Forester’s Financial. Brian also has small business turnaround experience with Fiber-Seal Major Connections, a consumer software distributor. He also has exposures in the direct selling industry.

Brian holds both a BA in history and an MEd in counseling from The Citadel, the Military College of South Carolina. He completed the Sales Force Development certificate program at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School, and is a Certified Sales Executive.  He is a past president and chairman of the Dallas affiliate of Sales and Marketing Executives International (SMEI), and has served on the SMEI international Board of Directors.

He is active in local and virtual networking organizations, serves as president of his local BNI chapter, and is a mentor/coach to developing BNI chapters in Eastern North Carolina. He is also part of the student mentoring program at The Citadel.  Brian speaks on the topics of leadership, peak performance, customer service, and identity theft risk management. He believes in personal development and spends much time reading. He is president of the Eastern North Carolina Citadel Club as well as active in his community and his church.
