This is a highly interactive program designed to train leaders—department heads, managers, and supervisors—on the critical tools and techniques to manage quality, efficiency, and productivity in organizations.  This course will enable leaders to apply quality management concepts and tools to improve quality, increase productivity, decrease costs, increase revenue, and improve mission capability.
