Stress Management Techniques

In today’s business, stress in the workplace often leads to useless conflict. Mind, body and spirit are often treated as separate concerns, whereas these each influence our actions as a whole, a gestalt. Stability and calm are obtained by disciplines which emphasize self-control and provide techniques for its attainment. Sanctity of mind and purity of thought can be taught. These exercises are not miraculous but they allow us to recognize the miracle we inhabit, to move from a world that emphasizes the physical into one that teaches us to honor the power we have.
Training is provided on-site twice each week. Sessions are 1 hour which include breathing techniques, exercises and meditation.
