Catherine Diederich
Catherine Diederich, Ed.D., has more than twenty years of leadership experience specializing in health care, rehabilitation, higher education and fund development. As a leader oftentimes brought in to be the change agent, Dr. Diederich can transform and realign organizations to meet current and future needs. While change is difficult for some, Dr. Diederich’s style involves participants and change comes naturally.
As a change agent, Dr. Diederich has successfully led teams through revisions of guidelines, human resources, bylaws, etc. She is also familiar with national accrediting bodies of JCAHO and CARF.
An active participant in her community, Dr. Diederich has been a member of the Rotary International and Lions International. She also was a key leader in the start-up of the Northern Illinois Aids Resource Center.
Dr. Diederich received her B.S. in Community Health Education from Southern Illinois University; a M.S. in Health Services Administration from Southern Illinois University; and her doctorate in Leadership in Higher Education Administration from Northern Illinois University.
