Mike Cooper

 

 Mike Cooper is an experienced, senior level executive, mentor and trainer.  His expertise in leadership, turnarounds, acquisitions, and start-ups, includes years of frontline experience in Sales, Customer Service, and Organizational Development.  Mr. Cooper has over 19 years of leadership experience, including 13 years with Fortune 500 Cintas Corporation, and nearly 6 years working 1:1 with owners and CEOs of small to mid-sized companies, helping them clarify their objectives, communicate them to the team, get buy-in from stakeholders, and then go about driving implementation.  In the process, he has developed a strong understanding of how to effectively develop a culture of success, and the metrics, and accountability necessary to ensure sustainable improvement. 

 

He earned his BBA from the Linder School of Management, at the University of Cincinnati, with a double-major in Finance and Management, and began his career with Cintas Corporation in their management development program.  During that time, he managed service, sales, and production teams, and spent a year as a corporate trainer, before being certified for executive leadership in the company.  In his work he has been recognized for peak performance at nearly every level, and is regarded as a highly effective communicator, trainer, and facilitator.

 

Mr. Cooper consistently receives great feedback from participants of his high-impact presentations, and is best known for his ability to help his audience internalize and enjoy the message at hand.  He utilizes his broad base of business and life experiences to connect with participants, and keep them involved in the workshops, or consultations that he leads.
