Lester Hsieh
Lester Hsieh is a strategy consultant. With over 25 years of experience as a marketing executive and management consultant, he is known for his strategic and tactical marketing strategies in both B2C and B2B environments. He has restructured and revitalized marketing organizations, aligning personnel and products to exceed corporate objectives. Holding up to $170M in P&L responsibility, he built and led teams to deliver record sales and profits.
He has a solid track record of visionary leadership and has been a catalyst for change. For example, he grew one Japanese client's sales from $150M to $500M in five years, turning a $3M loss into a $10M annual profit.
He has special expertise in direct and online marketing, e-commerce and international business, and has worked with a variety of organizations, from startups to Fortune 500 companies.
Earlier, Lester served as CMO for two startups and VP of Marketing for Hammacher Schlemmer and JC Whitney. He began his career in management consulting with Booz, Allen & Hamilton and Kestnbaum & Co. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago.
