Tyrelle Rogers

 

 

Tyrelle Rogers has extensive experience in quality management, healthcare administration, process improvement, cost control and disaster preparedness, organizational development, project management, training, cost control and crisis management.  Turning around under-performing business operations, she has a proven track record for identifying staff deficiencies and initiating best practices to attain training goals. She has applied strategic techniques to identify and resolve operational issues.  Her achievements are significant in developing integrated data tracking systems, restructuring medical facility operations, systematizing records retention and improving cost and workload accounting processes which stabilized finances and smoothed high-cost fluctuations; saving her command headquarters approximately $325K that year.

 

With a focus on the value of relationships and quality, Ms. Rogers has honed her skills at team building and business development.  She believes in the power of personal and professional coaching with sustainable results that impact bottom lines whether developing young entrepreneurs or increasing return on investment.

A veteran, Tyrelle has served in the USAF Reserves for over 23 years.  Some of her assignments were Langley AFB, VA, Bergstrom AFB, TX, Wiesbaden, Germany, Andrews AFB, MD and Fort Monroe, VA.  Over the past 10 years, she was hand-picked for each of her assignments; some not in her direct field of expertise.  She excelled in each of them.

 

Ms. Rogers earned a baccalaureate degree in Social Work from Norfolk State University in 1987.  Her graduate degrees consist of a Master of Public Administration with a concentration in Health Care Administration from Troy State University—Atlantic Region in 1999; and, a Master of Business Administration, double specializing in Ent
