Glen Orcutt
For over thirty years, Glen has been involved in personal development, helping individuals and organizations perform at their best, through training, self-knowledge and awareness, coaching and consulting. He uses proven processes to help individuals and groups align their goals and daily actions with their vision, mission and values. He has a talent for explaining concepts and ideas so they are easily grasped and understood by diverse audiences.
Glen has a wide range of business and organizational experience, from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies. He has owned and managed several small businesses. He is Founder and President of a volunteer organization dedicated to promoting Compassionate Communication in northern California, and teaches their workshops. He co-founded, planned, and organized an innovative 28-home neighborhood based on the Danish Cohousing model. He has facilitated hundreds of meetings, developing consensus among differing points of view.
He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Ohio State University, and did graduate work at University of California, Berkeley. He has certifications in Executive and Life Coaching, and attended and taught numerous courses and seminars on leadership and personal development.
Glen has traveled extensively – bicycling across Europe and visiting 27 countries around the world. He plays violin, mandolin and piano.
